Smart Start, Inc. is hiring a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue by handling inbound and outbound calls, selling Interlock products, and delivering exceptional service nationwide. The role emphasizes bilingual English/Spanish communication and a consultative sales approach.

You will manage customer inquiries, pursue new opportunities, and maintain CRM records. This position is fully remote with equipment provided and includes commission-based incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant sales or customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide product and service information, address inquiries, and resolve client concerns.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calls.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Maintain detailed records in CRM and other systems.
