Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue growth by handling inbound and outbound calls, selling Interlock products nationwide, and delivering exceptional service to clients.

The role reports to the Care Center Sales Manager and operates remotely with equipment provided. The position offers uncapped commissions, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package, with hours Monday–Friday and weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required; additional compensation applies.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 months in sales, customer service, or call center environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers to promote and sell Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product and service information, address inquiries, and resolve client concerns.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Conduct follow-up calls and manage correspondence to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Escalate and route issues appropriately while maintaining detailed records in CRM and other systems.
• Gather and manage data across multiple technology platforms and handle documentation using standard office equipment.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings through market research.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
• Provide general Care Center support and perform other duties as assigned.
