AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a remote Roadside Assistance Call Center Representative. You will handle emergency calls, document details, and coordinate with dispatch teams to provide timely help to members.

The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and performance in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. Starting pay is $18.85/hour with increases after 6 months; bilingual fluency adds $1.00/hour, with further raises up to 2.25 over 6–18 months.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience; Call Center experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish, are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to provide high-quality service in a high-volume environment.
• Advanced computer and multi-tasking skills while talking and typing.

Responsibilities

• Handle emergency roadside assistance calls (towing, locksmith, fuel, battery, minor repairs).
• Document details accurately and ensure caller safety.
• Maintain calm, compassionate demeanor during high-stress calls.
• Relay information to dispatch teams to expedite service.
• Collaborate with team to ensure efficient 24/7 operations.
