A customer service provider is looking for a remote Customer Service Representative to assist FEMA with local and state emergencies. The role requires taking calls, verifying documents, and entering data. Candidates must have a high school diploma, at least six months of customer service experience, and the ability to pass a federal background check. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus. Training will be provided. Candidates should reside within an hour of Houston for equipment pick-up.

Qualificações

• Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of six months customer service experience required; call center preferred.
• U.S. citizen with residency in the U.S. for 3 of the past 5 years.

Responsabilidades

• Taking in-bound calls for basic information on emergencies.
• Performing outbound calls to verify received documents.
• Completing basic data entry related to calls.
