Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare administration or referral coordination.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• HIPAA compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage patient referrals to specialists.
