Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish for interviews without translation tools.
• 1–2 years recruiting or recruiting coordination experience.
• Experience using ATS/HRIS or similar database.
• Strong organizational skills with detail orientation and multitasking.
• Professional communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Willingness to own responsibilities and follow procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel; able to learn new tools.
• Willing to work in the Austin office Mon-Fri during training.

Responsibilities

• Review applications, conduct candidate outreach, and pre-screen applicants for qualifications and job fit.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates by phone, text, and email.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify job requirements, coordinate needs, and maintain recruiting momentum.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, statuses, and documentation in the ATS.
• Support required assessments, recruiting data entry, requisitions, reports, and other admin processes.
• Assist with job fairs, recruiting events, social media content, and candidate engagement initiatives.
• Identify potential process gaps, ask clarifying questions, and proactively follow through on tasks.
• Provide general recruiting support and assist with special projects as needed.
