ABC Home & Commercial Services in Austin, TX seeks a Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliant recruiting processes.

The role requires coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate records in ATS, and contributing to recruiting events and outreach. After a three-month training, the position becomes hybrid with three days in office and two days remote.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish with ability to interview in Spanish without translation tools.
• 1–2 years of recruiting or recruiting coordination experience.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) or HRIS.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear, professional communication and ability to build rapport with candidates and managers.
• Proactive follow-through and willingness to take ownership.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; quick to learn new software.
• Able to work in the Austin office during the initial three-month training period.

Responsibilities

• Review applications, conduct outreach, and pre-screen for qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates via phone, text, and email.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements, coordinate needs, and maintain momentum.
