ABC Home & Commercial Services is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in Austin, TX. This in-office role offers a future hybrid schedule after three months of training, with a base salary in the $50k–$55k range based on experience.

You will partner with hiring managers to recruit for ABC, manage the full recruitment cycle, and ensure accurate records while promoting career opportunities across channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of recruiting experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required to support diverse candidate outreach.
• 1–2 years' experience with an ATS or HRIS.
• Strong follow-through and ability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Typing speed of 35+ WPM.

Responsibilities

• Review job applications and pre-screen candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews for hiring managers.
• Assist with recruitment calls, texts, and emails to potential candidates.
• Maintain recruitment databases and assist with data entry tasks.
• Attend job fairs to represent ABC and promote opportunities.
• Publish job requisitions and manage job marketing on social media.
