Job summary

Mako Industries seeks a detail-oriented Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator to support recruitment and onboarding across industrial, commercial, skilled trades, and administrative roles. You will work with the Director of Staffing and hiring managers to coordinate interviews, maintain candidate communication, and keep ATS records accurate.

This fast-paced, onsite role in Texas requires posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating background checks and onboarding, and building a strong candidate

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting, HR, administrative, or coordination experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS); familiarity with Paycom and Paylocity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain consistent and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with recruiting for industrial, commercial, skilled trades, and administrative positions.
• Post job openings on job boards, social media, internal platforms, and other channels.
• Review resumes and assist with candidate sourcing and screening efforts.
• Prepare interview materials and maintain ATS data.
• Coordinate background checks, reference checks, drug screenings, and onboarding documentation.
• Track recruiting metrics, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress.
• Provide administrative support to Director of Staffing and hiring managers.
