You’ll also support onboarding and help build our talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using recruiting platforms and technology.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to handle high volumes of calls and walk-ins.
• Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus - ~80%)
• Welcome and assist walk-in and call-in applicants, directing them to AI-powered recruiting tools
• Post and manage job listings across multiple platforms
• Conduct phone interviews and initial candidate screenings
• Actively source candidates through resume databases, job boards, and social media
• Coordinate in-office interviews with Employment Specialists
• Facilitate onboarding for new associates, including paperwork, orientations, and compliance
• Front Office Coordination (Secondary Focus - ~20%)
• Serve as the professional and friendly face of the office
• Answer phones and direct inquiries appropriately
• Support administrative tasks related to recruiting and associate management
