Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, or call-center work is preferred.
• Comfort with high-volume phone calling.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Organized, dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to learn recruiting software.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates directly from the front desk based on staffing needs.
• Conduct initial interviews and screen applicants for open positions.
• Place frequent outbound calls and follow up with potential candidates.
• Share details on job duties, pay, schedules, locations, and requirements.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline tied to available roles.
• Assist candidates with the application process and onboarding steps.
• Conduct orientations and help prepare new hires for assignments.
• Answer incoming calls and assist walk-in applicants professionally.
• Keep accurate applicant information and recruiting records.
• Provide updates to the recruiting team on staffing needs and candidate availability.
• Deliver strong customer service to applicants and employees.
