Job summary

Distyl AI, Inc. in New York is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator who will own the candidate experience end to end, manage a high-volume scheduling load across multiple concurrent searches, and continually improve processes with AI tools.

You will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to keep pipelines moving, identify bottlenecks, and build user-friendly scheduling workflows. The role follows a hybrid model with 3+ days weekly in NYC.

Qualifications

• Experience in High-Growth Recruiting Operations at a startup.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments to keep searches on track.
• Daily use of AI tools to streamline scheduling, communication, and reporting.
• Ability to identify workflow inefficiencies and drive fixes.
• Focus on candidate experience as a top priority in every interaction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholders.
• Comfort managing multiple reqs and stakeholders with incomplete definitions.
• Ownership mentality for smooth hiring processes and candidate support.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end interview coordination and scheduling across multiple concurrent reqs for technical and non-technical roles.
• Serve as the primary candidate contact with a warm, informative tone.
• Navigate complex scheduling with candidates, interviewers, and leaders.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep pipelines moving and flag bottlenecks early.
• Maintain clean candidate data and pipeline hygiene in Ashby.
• Identify opportunities to use AI tools to streamline processes and report on results.
• Support process improvements in collaboration with the team.
