Job summary

IQ Resource Group is seeking a Bilingual Staffing Consultant to join our Green Bay team. You will recruit, interview, hire, and support employees while partnering with local businesses to meet staffing needs in a fast-paced environment where your efforts have immediate impact.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with competitive pay, commission potential, and two weeks of paid vacation in the first year.

Qualifications

IQ Resource Group is looking for a Bilingual Staffing Consultant to join our Green Bay team. In this role, you'll recruit, interview, hire, and support employees while partnering with local businesses to meet their staffing needs. Compensation: Earn $42,540-$64,960+ per year.

• Base Salary: $37,440-$45,760 annually (approximately $18.00-$22/hour equivalent)
• Commission & Bonus Potential: Estimated $5,100-$19,200+ annually
• Paid Time Off: Two weeks of paid vacation during your first year

What You'll Do

• Recruit, interview, and hire candidates.
• Match candidates with temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities.
• Conduct onboarding, orientations, and safety training.
• Complete new hire paperwork and maintain accurate records in our ATS.
• Support employees throughout their assignments.
• Partner with clients and coworkers to fill openings quickly.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to applicants and clients.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills.

• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office 365 and learning new technology.
• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, human resources, administration, or another people-focused role is preferred, but not required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required. Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish and able to communicate effectively with Spanish speakers from diverse Latin American backgrounds.
