Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking an experienced recruiter to lead full life-cycle staffing for a regional footprint in Texas. You will source, screen, and place staff while forecasting needs with hiring managers, and you will supervise driver recruiter and admin roles.

The role requires collaborating with HR, agencies, and managers to maintain compliant processes, and traveling up to 25% (potentially more during peak seasons). Proficiency with ATS and HR systems is essential.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; college coursework preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
• Experience in recruitment and HR administration is strongly preferred.
• Construction experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required; bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, and placement.
• Forecast staffing needs with hiring managers across regions.
• Supervise driver recruiter and admin positions.
• Drive recruitment efforts regionally; partner with HR and managers.
• Coordinate with employment and advertising agencies; manage referrals.
• Maintain ATS activity and ensure compliance with laws and AA plan.
