Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead full life-cycle recruitment across our region. You will source, screen, and present candidates, partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs, and drive high-volume recruiting efforts while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

The role requires travel up to 50% during peak seasons and a bilingual Spanish capability to support diverse candidate pools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in HR or related preferred.
• Experience in recruitment and HR administration is strongly preferred.
• Construction industry experience beneficial.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Own full life-cycle recruiting across roles and regions; source, screen, and present candidates.
• Forecast staffing needs with hiring managers and HR partners.
• Coordinate interviews and manage offer process for exempt/non-exempt roles.
• Maintain ATS records and comply with federal/state regulations.
