Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, seeks an experienced Recruiter to manage full life-cycle staffing across Texas. You will partner with hiring managers to forecast needs, drive high-volume recruitment, and ensure compliant processes.

Strong HR knowledge, Spanish bilingualism, and travel willingness are required. Requirements include a high school diploma and preferably a Bachelor's in HR or related field; experience with ATS and onboarding tools is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• Experience in recruitment and HR administration is strongly preferred.
• Experience in a construction environment is preferred and bilingual Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruiting; source, screen and present candidates for staff across the region.
• Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and align recruiting with workforce plans.
• Supervise coordinator roles and drive high-volume recruitment across the region.
