You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with leaders, and build pipelines for critical roles while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Competenze

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting technologies.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.

Mansioni

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and workforce plans.
• Lead high-volume recruiting across multiple locations and business lines.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, events, referrals, and networking.
• Create talent pipelines for critical roles including skilled trades, drivers, and professionals.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience through proactive communication and timely follow-up.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews and make hiring recommendations.
• Support internal mobility and career growth for current employees.
• Track recruiting activity and market trends to inform business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with DOT requirements and company policies.
