Texas Materials, A CRH Company, seeks an experienced recruiter to manage full life-cycle recruiting across the region. You will source, screen, and present candidates for staff roles, while partnering with HR and hiring managers to forecast staffing needs.

In this role you will drive high-volume recruitment, coordinate with agencies, promote internal transfers, and track key metrics. Travel up to 25 percent, with peak periods potentially increasing.

Formación

• High school education required; Bachelor’s in HR or related field preferred.
• Experience with recruitment and HR administration is strongly preferred.
• Construction environment experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Responsabilidades

• Handle full life-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates for staff roles.
• Partner with HR and hiring managers to forecast staffing needs.
• Coordinate with area agencies and advertising channels for candidate flow.
• Manage high-volume recruiting across the region and ensure compliance with laws.
• Track recruiting metrics and generate regular reports.
