Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking a recruiter to lead full life-cycle recruiting across the region. The role will forecast staffing needs, drive high-volume hiring, and coordinate with hiring managers and external agencies. Strong HR admin experience and Spanish bilingualism are required.

Candidate will manage ATS activity, ensure compliance with federal/state laws, and support eligibility and transfer processes. Travel up to 25% may be required in peak seasons.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with college coursework; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in recruitment and HR administration strongly preferred.
• Construction environment experience preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruitment across the region.
• Forecast staffing needs with HR and hiring managers.
• Supervise driver recruiter and admin positions.
• Drive recruitment efforts; partner with HR and managers.
• Coordinate with agencies and manage advertising billings.
• Maintain ATS and candidate activity; ensure compliance with laws.
