Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking a recruiter to manage full life-cycle hiring across the region. You will source, screen, and recommend candidates, partner with generalists and managers, and coordinate interviews and offers.

Required: high school diploma with college coursework; a Bachelor's degree is preferred; bilingual in Spanish; valid driver’s license; willingness to travel 25–50% and occasional nights/weekends. Experience with ATS, SuccessFactors, and onboarding is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with college-level coursework; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in recruitment and HR administration preferred.
• Experience in a construction environment preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruiting; source, screen and recommend placement of staff.
• Partner with generalists and hiring managers to determine staffing needs through forecasting.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of driver recruiter and admin. positions.
• Drive recruitment efforts across the region and work closely with HR representatives.
• Liaise with employment agencies, manage billing, verifications and referrals.
• Expertly recruit for exempt and nonexempt requisitions and high-volume roles.
