Now Injury Law in Utah is seeking a friendly, dependable receptionist to be the first point of contact, helping keep the office organized and supporting attorneys and staff. You will greet clients and visitors warmly, manage calls, mail, and scheduling, and assist with initial intake.

Fluent Spanish with English proficiency is required; the role offers competitive pay of $18-$20 per hour and opportunities to grow as the firm expands, with a welcoming team and meaningful community impact.

Qualifications

• Bilingual role requiring fluent Spanish and English communication.
• Reliable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Experience in receptionist, customer service, or administrative roles; law firm experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls, relay messages to the appropriate team.
• Greet clients and visitors warmly.
• Sort mail, handle deliveries, and prepare outgoing mail.
• Schedule consultations and send reminders.
• Assist with initial client intake and data entry.
• Support Spanish-speaking clients with routine communication.
• Monitor general office emails and route inquiries.
• Scan, copy, file, and organize documents; update contacts.
• Keep reception area tidy and monitor supplies.
• Protect confidential information and handle sensitive conversations.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
