Now Injury Law in Utah is seeking a friendly, dependable receptionist to be the first point of contact, helping keep the office organized and supporting attorneys and staff. You will greet clients and visitors warmly, manage calls, mail, and scheduling, and assist with initial intake.

About the Role

As our receptionist, you will be a key point of contact for clients, prospective clients, and visitors. You will help keep the office organized, support our attorneys and staff, and communicate with clients in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls, take accurate messages, and promptly relay information to the appropriate team member.
• Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Check, sort, scan, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries; prepare outgoing mail.
• Schedule consultations and appointments and send reminders.
• Assist with initial client intake by collecting basic information and accurately entering it into the firm’s system.
• Help Spanish-speaking clients with routine communication and scheduling.
• Monitor general office emails and route inquiries appropriately.
• Scan, copy, file, and organize documents; update client contact information.
• Keep the reception area tidy and welcoming and help monitor office supplies.
• Protect confidential client information and handle sensitive conversations with care.
• Provide general administrative support and assist with other office tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must speak Spanish fluently and communicate effectively in English.
• Dependable, punctual, organized, and attentive to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on assignments.
• Comfortable using computers, email, calendars, and basic office software.
