Lerner & Rowe Injury Attorneys seeks a warm, organized Receptionist for our Yuma office. You will be the first voice and face for clients and visitors, greeting them, answering calls in English and Spanish, and routing inquiries to the appropriate team with empathy.

This full-time, on-site role offers a competitive hourly salary based on experience, along with eligibility for a discretionary bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of receptionist/front desk experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; clear, professional phone manner.
• Comfort with email, scheduling software, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Ability to work on-site in Yuma during regular business hours.

Responsibilities

• Answer a multi-line phone system promptly and professionally in English and Spanish.
• Greet visitors and assist clients with documentation requests.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area and office supplies.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail, faxes, and deliveries.
• Protect client confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Other duties as assigned.
