Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Experience in intake, insurance, or legal support preferred.
• Excellent communication and listening skills with empathy.

Responsabilités

• Conduct initial intake and sign up new clients.
• Collect and request records needed to verify case facts.
• Open insurance claims for new clients.

Connaissances

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Detail-oriented and organized
