Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field (Required).
• RBT certification preferred; must be willing to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Must have a reliable vehicle, valid license, auto insurance, and be comfortable driving clients.
• Travel up to 50 miles from home or assigned location; Lake County/Mendocino County/Hidden Valley.
• Background checks, CPR certification, and trainings required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one adaptive skills support and behavior intervention in home and community settings.
• Collaborate with treatment team, caregivers, and clinical supervisors to implement goals.
• Teach and model behavioral, social, and daily living skills to foster independence.
• Assist clients with personal care, meals, transportation, and community participation.
• Support clients in vocational, volunteer, and recreational activities aligned with interests.
• Document sessions and communicate progress to the clinical team.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Transport clients safely using a personal vehicle when needed.
