Supportive Steps Services is seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in San Rafael/Marin County. The role involves delivering high-quality ABA services in home and community settings, with emphasis on independence and daily living skills.

Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly preferred to serve a diverse client base. Expect variable shifts including daytime, evenings, and weekends; travel up to 50 miles from home is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, ABA, Counseling, Rehabilitation or related field required.
• RBT certification preferred; willing to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Reliable vehicle with valid license and insurance; comfortable driving clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA skill support and behavior intervention in homes and community settings.
• Collaborate with treatment team and caregivers to implement individualized goals.
• Teach daily living, social, and independence skills; document progress accurately.
