Job summary

Supportive Steps Services is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our compassionate ABA team in Boonville, CA. This role involves providing high-quality ABA services in home and community settings, supporting clients with daily living, employment readiness, and independence.

Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly preferred. The right candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related human services field, be willing to obtain RBT certification within

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or in progress within 12 months.
• RBT certification preferred; willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Must have reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and be comfortable driving clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one adaptive skills support and behavior intervention in home and community settings.
• Collaborate with treatment team, caregivers, and clinical supervisors to implement individualized goals.
• Teach and model behavioral, social, and daily living skills to foster independence.
• Assist clients with personal care, meal preparation, transportation, and community participation.
• Support clients in vocational, volunteer, and recreational activities aligned with interests.
• Document sessions accurately and communicate progress to the clinical team.
• Transport clients safely using a personal vehicle when needed.
