Supportive Steps Services is seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for San Francisco, CA. The role involves delivering ABA services in home and community settings, with a focus on independence and daily living skills.

Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred to serve a diverse client base. As an RBT, you will work with families, collaborate with clinical supervisors, and adapt to flexible daytime, evening, or weekend schedules to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, Applied Behavior Analysis, Counseling, Rehabilitation, or related human services field.
• RBT certification preferred; must be willing to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one adaptive skills support and behavior intervention in home and community settings.
• Collaborate with the treatment team, caregivers, and clinical supervisors to implement individualized goals.
• Teach and model behavioral, social, and daily living skills to foster independence.
• Assist clients with personal care, meal preparation, transportation, and community participation.
• Support clients in vocational, volunteer, and recreational activities that align with their personal interests.
• Document sessions accurately and communicate progress to the clinical team.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
• Transport clients safely using a personal vehicle when needed.
