Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a Spanish-speaking RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by a supervising BCBA and collect progress data using clinical software.

The role requires fluency in Spanish, active RBT certification (or eligibility), and a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus. Reliable transportation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish required.
• Active RBT or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Education or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers for consistency.
• Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and families when needed.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
