Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.

You will deliver high-quality ABA therapy, collect real-time data, and collaborate with supervising BCBAs and families to ensure consistency and skill generalization. A valid RBT certification or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Spanish speaking: Fluency required.
• Active RBT or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus).
• Experience with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill programs.
• Collect data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA, families, and caregivers.
• Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and families.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
