Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement behavior intervention plans and collect progress data under supervising BCBA.

Requirements include active RBT certification or eligibility, HS diploma (BA/BS in psychology or related field a plus), and reliable transportation. Strong communication and a passion for helping families are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Education a plus
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs defined by the supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions
