Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking an RBT to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans. The role focuses on delivering evidence-based ABA therapy, collecting real-time progress data, and collaborating with BCBA supervisors and families to ensure skill generalization.

Required active RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication; a valid driver's license and reliable

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in psychology/education or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment for the child during sessions.
