Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guests, confirm identity, provide visit information.
• Handle check-in and check-out processes as directed.
• Update patient demographics and insurance details as needed.
• Register patients as needed and obtain consents/authorizations.
• Collect co-payments, past-due balances, and point-of-service payments.
• Post payments, process billing information, and balance cash drawer.
• Keep waiting areas clean and comfortable; inform delays or status changes.
• Schedule appointments as necessary; assist ICCs as needed.
