Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Bilingual QA Coordinator to support quality, training, and operations within our program. You will monitor staff performance, review work for accuracy, maintain resource materials, and assist with training and QA efforts, working closely with supervisors to ensure policies are followed and performance goals are met.

This role requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, strong analytical skills, and a detail-oriented mindset in a fast-paced call center environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish and strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance and data accuracy.
• Familiar with call center operations and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate staff performance against project standards and contractual requirements.
• Assist with developing strategies to improve Call Center Operations performance.
• Analyze project reports and performance indicators; provide actionable insights.
• Develop plans to meet staff knowledge needs and update procedures.
• Produce and update staff resource materials, including guides and workflows.
• Support staff training and ensure adherence to policies and quality standards.
