Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Bilingual QA Coordinator to support quality, training, and operations within the program. You will monitor staff performance, review work for accuracy, maintain resources, and assist with quality assurance efforts.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency and is based in the United States. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma with 0–2 years of experience and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities needed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate staff performance against project standards and metrics.
• Assist with development and implementation of QA strategies for call center operations.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide coaching and training support to staff and update training materials.
• Monitor adherence to policies and contractual requirements and report findings.
