Maximus seeks a Bilingual QA Coordinator to monitor staff performance, review work for accuracy, and support training and quality assurance efforts. You will collaborate with supervisors to ensure policies are followed and performance goals are met.

The role requires fluent English and Spanish, a high school diploma, and 0–2 years of related experience. Home-office in the Continental US is supported with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate staff quality against project standards and performance measures.
• Assist with development of strategies to improve Call Center Operations.
• Analyze reports and performance indicators for improvements.
• Monitor knowledge needs and update procedures as changes occur.
• Produce staff resource materials and assist with training.
