Qualifications

• Master's or higher in social work or related field with 1+ year in protective or crisis intervention.
• Bachelor's in related field with 2+ years in protective or crisis intervention; supervisory exp preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the Protective Services Program and staff.
• Review protective intakes, assign cases, and monitor assessments for compliance.
• Provide administrative and clinical supervision for direct reports.
• Ensure compliance with 651 CMR 5.00 and EOEA directives.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and represent the agency in court proceedings.
