Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in Human Services.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in community service or crisis management.
• LICSW preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and supervision of Protective Service Workers with caseloads.
• Manage crisis situations and document supervisory input in client records.
• Coordinate weekly PS team meetings, trainings, and case reviews.
