Greater Springfield Senior Services Inc. seeks a Protective Services Assistant to support at‑risk older adults within Protective Services and the Anchor program.

This on‑site role (35 hours/week) handles housing referrals and conducts collateral calls to help determine risk. You will document interactions in APS and Form Site, track case progress in Excel, and provide timely updates to the supervisors and interdisciplinary team.

Formación

• Experience documenting case work using standard software tools.
• Ability to manage multiple referrals and track progress in spreadsheets.

Responsabilidades

• Assist older at-risk adults within Protective Services and Anchor programs.
• Document all contacts with collaterals, intake assessments, and case progress notes in APS/Form Site.
• Receive housing referrals and request case assistance to minimize backlog and assess risk.
• Complete collateral calls for active investigations within 48 hours.
• Track case assistance in an Excel spreadsheet and provide monthly reports to supervisors.
