Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related field with at least one year of experience in counseling, casework, or crisis intervention.
• Or Bachelor's degree with at least two years of experience providing protective or crisis intervention services.
• Must be able to climb multiple flights of stairs.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required; LSW preferred.

Responsibilities

• Intake, investigation, and service planning for elder abuse cases.
• Monitor cases and coordinate with families and community resources.
• Complete case documentation, reports, and word-processed notes.
• Perform home visits and participate in rotating on‑call duties.
