Job summary

The Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking a Master’s level licensed mental health professional to serve as a Bilingual Assistant Program Manager for ACCS in Springfield, MA. This is an on-site role focusing on outreach, supervision, and coordination of Direct Care staff serving adults with psychiatric needs.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of psychiatric population experience, 2 years of supervisory experience, and bilingual English/Spanish fluency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience working with psychiatric population.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Master’s degree in a mental health field from an accredited educational institution preferred.
• Interested candidates should be bilingual (English/Spanish) with fluency in speaking, reading, and writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide outreach training and supervision to Direct Care I, II, and III staff.
• Work within the Agency’s team model, establishing open communication, support, and accountability among co-workers.
• Conduct client intake and assessment.
