Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience required.
• One to two years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred.
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations including resident satisfaction, rent collection, delinquency management, and property marketing in accordance with company standards.
• Meet client expectations and provide an excellent customer service experience.
• Recruit, interview, provide feedback, and hire staff.
• Lead associates and communicate a shared vision with coaching and development.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Understand operations guidelines established within the property management agreement.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with residents and the corporate office regarding maintenance and rules enforcement.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops and reviewing publications.
• Organize site disaster and emergency evacuation plans.
• Manage safety records, property loss claims, and risk management initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
