Friendly Franchisees Corporation is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our property management team in Phoenix, AZ. You will support leasing operations, help maintain high occupancy, and deliver excellent service to residents.

You will work with the Leasing Manager to achieve leasing goals and ensure smooth day-to-day property management. The role emphasizes leasing activities, tenant relations, and compliance with fair housing laws, with opportunities to grow into a Property Manager

Qualifications

• Prior leasing or property management experience, preferably with multi-family properties.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business/Real Estate is a plus.
• Knowledge of property management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Leasing Support: assist in all leasing activities, including showing apartments and processing applications.
• Customer Service: address tenant inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
• Marketing and Outreach: support marketing strategies and events to attract tenants.
• Property Tours: conduct tours highlighting features to encourage leasing.
• Tenant Relations: assist with lease renewals and resident events.
• Administrative Duties: manage leasing records and prepare leasing reports.
• Compliance: ensure compliance with leasing laws and company policies.
• Reporting: assist Leasing Manager with weekly, daily, and monthly reports.
• Ad Management: verify ad postings are accurate and up to date.
