Job summary

Olympus Property in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the face of the property, greeting visitors and guiding prospects through apartment options. This full-time role requires at least one year of leasing or fast-paced sales experience, bilingual ability, strong phone presence, and familiarity with Yardi software.

You will plan resident events, execute marketing content, and drive lease closings while delivering exceptional customer service to residents and guests alike.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in apartment leasing or equivalent sales/customer-facing role.
• Bi-Lingual.
• Experience planning resident events and creating social media and marketing content.
• Strong phone presence.
• Knowledge of Yardi software.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartment homes to prospective residents.
• Explain details of the different apartment unit options and variations.
• Provide exemplary customer service to both current and prospective residents.
• Close the sale and prepare lease paperwork.
• Coordinate resident events and activities.
• Enter information into internal resident database.
• Promote property through sales and marketing strategies.
