Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Property Manager in Scottsdale to oversee day‑to‑day property operations, lease administration, and resident experiences. You will manage vendor contracts, maintenance, monthly reporting, and strive to exceed client expectations while leading a team dedicated to excellent service.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, leadership, and a proactive approach to marketing and community relations in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Two to three years of experience in property management is required.
• One to two years of direct management experience is required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Real estate license is preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com is preferred.
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the property including resident satisfaction and retention, lease administration, rent collection and delinquency management, property P&L, and property marketing in accordance with company standards.
• Meet client expectations and provide an excellent customer service experience.
• Recruit, interview, provide corrective feedback, and hire staff.
• Lead and coach associates, developing a shared vision and motivation.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Understand operations guidelines in the property management agreement.
• Respond to resident complaints and coordinate with residents and corporate office on maintenance and enforcement of rules.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and publications; build networks.
• Organize site disaster and emergency evacuation plans.
• Manage safety records, loss claims, and risk management initiatives.
