Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a bilingual Property Manager to oversee daily property operations, including lease administration, rent collection, and marketing. You will ensure resident satisfaction, supervise staff, and support client expectations while coordinating with the corporate office to uphold standards.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of property management experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Salesforce.com and Yardi Voyager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience is required.
• One to two years of direct management experience is required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Salesforce.com knowledge is preferred.
• Yardi Voyager or equivalent systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations, including resident satisfaction, rent collection, and marketing.
• Lead leasing, lease administration, and delinquency management.
• Recruit, interview, provide feedback, and hire staff.
• Coach and develop associates to meet shared goals.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract residents.
• Maintain adherence to property management guidelines and landlord rules.
• Respond to resident concerns and coordinate with corporate office.
• Organize site emergency plans and safety initiatives.
• Maintain safety records and manage risk initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
