Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Property Manager to lead a multifamily community with on-site teams. You will oversee leasing, maintenance, vendor coordination, budgeting, and resident relations to deliver an exceptional living experience.

We expect at least 4 years of multifamily property management, 2+ years of supervisory experience, strong communication, and financial acumen. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years in residential property management, with 2+ years supervising two or more employees.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, resident relations, work orders, and vendor coordination.
• Hire, train, schedule, and support on-site leasing and maintenance teams.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, maximize revenue, and ensure rent collection.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure maintenance standards.
