Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Property Manager to lead a multifamily community on-site. You will guide leasing, maintenance, and resident relations to deliver an exceptional living experience while driving occupancy and revenue.

You will manage budgets, coordinate teams, and partner with marketing to attract residents. The role demands a proactive, detail-driven leader who values service and compliance.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience managing large multifamily real estate.
• 4+ years of residential property management with leasing or sales experience and 2+ years supervising two or more employees.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with business and accounting concepts; ability to read and interpret financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations including leasing, resident relations, work orders and vendor coordination.
• Hire, train, schedule and support on-site leasing and maintenance teams, building a positive culture.
• Market the property with partners to attract residents and renew leases.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, maximize revenue and ensure rent collection.
• Be the go-to contact for residents, resolve concerns and welcome new residents.
• Conduct property inspections and oversee maintenance standards and capital improvements.
• Submit financial reports and maintain payroll/commissions; ensure compliance.
• Engage with local apartment associations and monitor competitors.
