Job summary

PORTFOLIO RESIDENT SERVICES INC is seeking a part-time Program Coordinator to support residents in affordable housing communities and to deliver CORES certified resident services.

You will help design activities, coordinate calendars, recruit volunteers, and engage with community partners to enhance life skills and healthy living among residents. Availability 2 days per week (1–5pm) and occasional evenings/weekends may be required; a home computer and email access are expected.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in education, social work, non-profit or related field.
• Volunteer experience will be considered.
• Experience with children, teens, adults and/or seniors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a link between PRS and the affordable housing community.
• Create and implement a monthly calendar of developmental activities and resources.
• Oversee donations, resident engagement and volunteer efforts.
• Recruit volunteers and work with community partners.
• Maintain sign-in sheets and prepare monthly reports.
