Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Contact Center Priority Banker to provide full-service banking and guidance to affluent clients. You will educate customers on Regions’ lending and deposit options, manage high-quality service, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires bilingual Spanish/English communication, solid banking knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple priorities with a customer-first mindset. In-office training with potential on-site work in Nashville, TN.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of experience in customer service, sales, or banking.
• Ability to observe on-screen text and images.
• Ability to communicate verbally using headset or microphone.
• Keyboard and mouse proficiency.
• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Achieves targets and goals by identifying customer needs and advising on Regions’ financial products.
• Maintains required inbound/outbound call levels from top 10% of Regions customers.
• Educates customers on products and services including loans and deposits.
• Takes ownership of issues and follows up for resolution.
• Refer customers to internal experts for complex financial goals.
